Delivery times

I usually need 2 - 3 weeks to complete an order. This is because I have to order the materials. If however I have them in stock, this lead time will be reduced.

If you need an order immediately please contact me and I will try my best to accommodate your needs.

 

Bespoke designs

Any of our pieces can be customized to suit your theme. If you like a certain bit of one tiara and another bit of a 2nd they can be incorporated into one.

All you have to do is e-mail and ask for a quote.

Bespoke designs are non refundable unless damaged

 

Payment

We accept the following methods of payment;

Debit of credit cards through Paypal.

Cheque (please contact if you need any details)

We will ship items after full payment has cleared.

 

 

 

Postage and Packing

All tiaras are delivered in a clear presentation box with acid free tissue paper.

All jewellery is packaged in a gift box

Items are shipped using recorded delivery.

Next day delivery is also offered.

 

Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with your item, we will refund you. (Please note this does not include Bespoke designs)

Each item must be returned using special delivery, unworn, in its original packaging within 14 days.

Do to hygiene, we do not offer a refund for earrings unless they are faulty

Please e-mail within 24 hours of receiving a damaged or faulty piece, and we will either refund you or send a replacement.

Buyer must use recorded delivery for returns and is responsible for postage costs.

P+P is only refundable for faulty items.

 

Private Policy

Due to Data Protection Act, we will not disclose any information about our customers to a third party. As we use paypal for payment, you do not need to send any credit or debit card details, nor will we ask you for any.
